Each year, many of us choose an intention or goal to inspire us. For me, I love to choose a guiding word of the year. In 2025, that word is JOY. This year let’s remember that joy isn’t just a fleeting feeling; it’s a way of living that lights us up from the inside out. It fuels our energy, shapes how we show up in the world, and even impacts our mindset (which we know can link to our finances).
