Live your most prosperous life⬇️

The thoughts you repeat about money become the tho The thoughts you repeat about money become the thoughts you live by.

This is why I created the RIR Method™. Recognize, Interrupt, Reframe™.

It is a tool I teach every woman I work with, because the thoughts running in your head about money shape the decisions you make with it.

The hesitation before you check your balance.

The story that you are not the kind of person who is good with money.

The quiet certainty that it is too late to learn.

None of that is the truth.

They're thoughts you have practiced.

A reframe is not simply about positive thinking or pretending everything is fine. It's about choosing a new thought that's both kinder and true, and then letting it actually land in your body. The body is where the old story lives, and the body is where the new one is meant to take root.

You do not have to believe the new thought all at once.

You just have to be willing to interrupt the old one.

Which money thought of yours is ready to be reframed? Drop it in the comments and I'll reframe it with you. 💰
If we could hang one message over New York City, i If we could hang one message over New York City, it would be this.

Because I've watched far too many incredible women let a number in the bank decide how they feel about themselves.

A good month means they're enough.
A slow month means they're not.

All your bank account can measure is your balance.

It cannot measure your worth.

Prosperity happens when you know the difference.
I spent two decades in corporate and on Wall Stree I spent two decades in corporate and on Wall Street before I ever called myself a coach.

When I left to work with women business owners, I realized the knowledge that had been woven into my everyday work had been kept behind a velvet rope for anyone outside those rooms. Not because it's complicated. Because no one thought to hand it over.

So I'm handing it over. You are the CFO of your own business, and you are far more equipped for that role than you've ever been told.

Which of these four lessons do you wish someone had taught you years ago? I'd love to hear it below.
For a long time I thought the work was learning to For a long time I thought the work was learning to earn more. Sign more clients. Build better offers. Scale my business.

And that work matters.

But there is a second skill underneath it that almost no one names: learning to receive what you have earned.

Letting the money land without flinching. Without explaining. Without quietly making yourself smaller to balance it out.

You can be excellent at earning and still be uncomfortable receiving. The two are not the same muscle.

What I've noticed working with women business owners is that the discomfort rarely arrives in big, dramatic moments. It shows up in small ones: hesitating before sending the invoice, downplaying a win, immediately justifying a price, rushing to give something extra after getting paid.

Those moments are where the work is.

Which of the four felt the most familiar?
Every July I do this for myself before I do it wit Every July I do this for myself before I do it with a single client.

It's not a frantic audit. It's not a list of everything I got wrong so far. It's an honest look at the first half of the year so the second half gets to be intentional.

The women I work with often brace for shame when they open their books, and what they find when they do, is information.

Information is something you can work with.

Clarity is not a reward for having it all together. It is the thing that helps you get there.

Comment CALCULATOR and I'll send you the Your Prosperous Life™ Calculator I use for this. 💰

What is the one number you have been putting off looking at?
You can hit every revenue goal you set and still f You can hit every revenue goal you set and still feel like something is quietly running on empty.

I watched it happen for years in the businesses I helped grow. The number went up, and the person behind it had less left over.

A growing number is worth celebrating. It was never meant to be the whole measure of a life.

When I redefined prosperity for myself, I stopped asking only "did the business make money," and started asking whether my well-being, my sense of purpose, and my relationships were getting richer too.

All three. Not someday. As I build.

If you're open to it, which of the three has been quietly waiting its turn lately? Naming it out loud is where it starts to change.
Some people check their bank accounts daily. Some Some people check their bank accounts daily. Some avoid looking for weeks. Some feel empowered by money. Others feel guilty, anxious, or overwhelmed by it.

None of those reactions happen by accident.

The way you think about money today was shaped long before you ever earned your first paycheck.

And until you understand those patterns, it's easy to keep repeating them.

What's one word you'd use to describe your relationship with money right now?
61% of women would rather talk about the details o 61% of women would rather talk about the details of their own death than money.

Really think about what that statistic means for a second.

Not investing.
Not budgeting.
Not negotiating a raise.

Just talking about money sounds like a more daunting topic than dying to 61% of women.

Our relationship with money starts long before we ever earn our first paycheck. It's shaped by what we heard growing up, what we watched the adults around us do, and the stories we absorbed about wealth, success, and security.

And when those messages are rooted in fear, scarcity, or shame, it's no surprise that talking about money can feel uncomfortable.

But the more we avoid the conversation, the more power we give away. Because whether we talk about it or not, money touches nearly every major decision we make.

So what would change if money became a conversation you were willing to have?

That's one of the many things @sarah_vie_llc and I explored in this conversation.

Comment SARAH, and I'll DM you the link to the full interview.
I bought the Prada bag. I had the dopamine hit, th I bought the Prada bag. I had the dopamine hit, the pretty thing on my shoulder, the proof that I had finally made it. And nothing changed.

That was the moment I understood something I now build my whole life's work around. Prosperity is an inside job. You can hit every external marker of success and still feel empty if you haven't done the work on your relationship with money, and with yourself. The practical and tactical matters. So does what's happening underneath it.

I got to talk about all of this and so much more on The Blow Your Mind Podcast with my dear friend, @erika_sinner, and I was honored to be her very first guest. I was so excited from the moment she asked, and the conversation went even deeper than I hoped. We covered the money stories we carry, where they come from, and how to actually rewrite them.

Go listen to this one, wherever you get your podcasts. Wherever you are with money right now, I promise you'll take something from it.

But the best part of this work actually isn't the numbers at all.

It's watching women like Paula go from feeling overwhelmed by their finances to feeling empowered by them.

Because prosperity isn't just about making more money.
It's about understanding your money, trusting yourself with it, and making decisions from a place of confidence instead of fear.

Stories like this never get old.

Prosperous women stay curious about money. They as Prosperous women stay curious about money. They ask better questions, and better questions lead to better decisions.

You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to keep asking.

Which of these questions do you think more women could be asking?
I am honored to be named one of the Women to KNOW I am honored to be named one of the Women to KNOW in New York, Class of 2026 by @theknowwomen, alongside an extraordinary group of founders, CEOs, and community leaders shaping this state.

When I left Wall Street to build Watch Her Prosper®, I had no roadmap. Only a quiet knowing that women deserve a different relationship with money, one rooted in well-being, spirituality, and healthy relationships with people and with money. The Three Pillars of Redefining Prosperity™ was born from that knowing.

To be seen for that work, by a publication dedicated to lifting women up, means everything.

Thank you to KNOW for this honor. Thank you to my clients, my community, and the women who came before me. And to my mother, whose resilience continues to guide every step.

Your money story didn't start with your first payc Your money story didn't start with your first paycheck. It started at the kitchen table.

It started in the conversations you overheard. The sighs when the bills came in. The way the adults around you talked about people who had money, and people who didn't. Whether wanting more was generous or greedy. Whether having more was safe or shameful.

You didn't choose those beliefs. You absorbed them.

And now they're showing up in your business, in the prices you're afraid to charge, in the spending that makes you feel guilty, in the earning that makes you feel exposed.

Here's what I want you to know: the story you inherited is not the story you have to keep telling. But rewriting it is meant to begin with honesty. You have to be willing to look at what's actually there before you can choose something different.

That's the work. And it's worth doing.

Follow along for more on how to untangle the money beliefs that are quietly running the show. 💰
